Are you a retired or employed health care or human services professional with an interest in improving quality of life during challenging, serious illness? Are you a community member who would like to be a part of an issue-based, countywide program that supports individuals and caregivers facing serious illnesses and end-of-life needs? Then we have a need for you at Montgomery County Palliative Care and End of Life Coalition. Please join us!

 

The Coalition is comprised of three different work groups and issue areas that are open for membership and participation.  You may also volunteer to assist with Coalition education events and office work (on a monthly basis).
