Planning in Advance for Successful Aging: Focus on Solo Agers

Please join us for this year's National Health Care Decisions Day at Silver Springs Civic Center, One Veterans Place in Silver Springs, MD 20910. Breakfast will be served at 9:00 AM. The program will start from 9:30 and end at 11:30 AM. CEUS will be provided.

This program is designed for practitioners, caregivers, and the public to explore the importance of planning for challenges in care as we age. This discussion will focus on solo agers who do not have family or friends to assist them on their care journey.  Join experts in the field as they explore what to consider when planning for care, and the necessary conversations and tools to document your choices
